After a long wait Digital Diary 4.6 is here!

You may be wondering why it took so long to release a new version, well we were working on many projects which actually took an entire year without any program release. But hey I'm here with a robust updates that will make you happy, thanks to our lovely customers for their suggestions. Digital Diary 4.6 focuses on the "contents list" which is used to navigate through your diary, you can now create child contents with unlimited levels of child depth.

That's not all, you can now add a customized "image" for your contents, yes that means .ico, .png, .bmp, .jpg and .jpeg can now be used for a content image. I've added many new options for printing diary pages, Digital Diary Reminder always got the attention as usual so you can set a reminder for all your contacts' birthday automatically.

Few bugs were fixed and some improvments in Digital Diary engine were made. So enjoy the new version and don't hesitate to give me your feedback.

InfraDrive Chatterbox Challenge 2009

As we always believed that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going to be the real future for the next generation of computers, we are trying to support and encourage anyone who work or interested in this important field of computer science. The Chatterbox Challenge (CBC) is an annual contest which starts in mid March that allow any chatbot developer to participate and evaluate the intelligence of the chatbot through turing tests and much more.

InfraDrive is glad to announce the sponsorship of Chatterbox Challenge 2009 including the technical and managerial development of the contest. CBC website will be reconstructed to meet the requirements for developers and visitors, the reconstruction process should ends by next December.

The Chatterbox Challenge is a really fun, simple and inclusive way for all children to practise their speech and language skills, it will be also interesting and amazing for anyone who wants to chat with the best chatbots.

Back on track with Digital Diary 4.4

After a long break from releasing updates for Digital Diary, we are back to add major improvements and critical fixes on version 4.2. The new version (4.4) has 2 new features which demanded by users. The first feature is to insert special characters instead of opening Windows Charater Map or copying the character from somewhere.

The second feature is improving Digital Diary reminder to support Islamic Prayers. Muslims can enable this feature to be reminded about the 5 prayers including Sunrise time but they have first to configure their reminder according to their country, Egypt is set as default settings. The Islamic reminder should work very accurate as long as it's configured correctly. There is also a preview for the configuration so you can check if the configuration results meet the actualy prayers time in your country. It's recommended to check these results with offical trusted source.

You will notice in the new version some improvements in the GUI specially in the main window, and also many tweaks and fixes including the contents list which was annoying many, so keep me informed with your ideas and comments regarding the new version and thanks all for your nice feedbacks and suggestions, also another special thanks for all people who partcipated in testing this product.
